Stamping snowflakes on craft

Stamping on craft using a snowflake stamp set from Simon Says Stamp.

Finishing it off with a couple of gems.

Christmas wreath with distress ink watercoloring

A cute wreath from Slöjddetaljer. I heat embossed it onto Canson XL watercolor paper in gold and white and then painted with Distress inks in various colors.

I used warmer colors for the gold heat embossing. The frame is diecut with the Wonky Stitched Rectangle from My Favorite Things.

I used cooler colors for the white heat embossing. The frame is diecut with the Wonky Stitched Rectangle from My Favorite Things. The sentiment is stamped in silver ink from Versa Color.

Peek-a-boo window with christmas scene

Watched the Lawn Fawn intro video of Christmas dreams stamp set where they made the cutest card with a peek-a-boo window. Had to try it.
I used different Lawn Fawn patterned paper for the front of the cards. The windows also have clear plastic as "glass" which I also heat embossed some "snowflakes" with chunky white embossing powder.

To hide the inside part of the window, I used the die cut from the patterned paper on the front. All the scenes are a tad bit different, can you spot the differences? =)

Merry christmas.

Birthday plane

Another plane card with Lawn Fawn's "Plane and simple"-stamp set. I found a gorgeous patterned paper that I thought would go with this design. The clouds are dry embossed with a Darice embossing folder. The scalloped die is from Lawn Fawn.

Fathers day with Lawn Fawn Plane and simple

This past weekend was Father's day here in Sweden so now I can show my card that I sent to my dad. I made it with Lawn Fawn's "Plane and simple"-stamp set and also used some of the stitched dies that was released with that stamp set. The plane and cloud are colored with Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers. The stripe is made with Distress Ink in colors Peacock feathers and Salty ocean and then spritzed with a little water. The stitched dies are also Lawn Fawn. Loves that it just leaves a gorgeous trail on the panel!

Happy Father's day daddy!!!

Santa with reindeers in the sunset

I did a similar card a couple of weeks ago but just had to recreate it since I loved the design and effect.

The background is done with distress ink. The Santa and snowflakes are heat embossed in white. I have also heat embossed some snowflakes in glitter embossing powder.
The sentiment is heat embossed in silver.

Sending joy with Newton for the holidays

I made a second card for this times Inky Paws challenge where the challenge is all about color using red, tan/brown, green and black;

I used the same patterned paper as on the previous card (actually from our local food store Ica believe it or not...) but I changed up the design.

Newton's Nook Inky Paws color challenge number 59

I used Distress ink in colors Shabby shutters and Peeled paint for the Christmas tree as well as Nuvo Glitter drops in red. The kitty is colored in Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. The rectangle stitched die and the sentiment is from Lawn Fawn.

Time for a new Inky Paws challenge, number 59 this time. This challenge is all about color using red, tan/brown, green and black;

I found the perfect patterned paper in my stash (actually from our local food store Ica believe it or not...) and this is how my first entry turned out.

Ice skating penguin

I saw a version of this card on Instagram and just had to try it out with my own spin. Stamps are from Lawn Fawn. Backgrounds are done with distress ink.
All three.

Blue sky.

Also tried out one sky with Peacock feathers to Cracked pistachio.

Be pawsitive

A card that came very fast together since I used some elements that I had colored previously for other projects.

The kitty is from Lawn Fawn set "Meow you doin'" as well as the sentiment. The tree and leaves are all from the same die set. I colored the leaves with distress ink. The background is Lawn Fawn patterned paper.

Sending this to my dad who's in need of some cheering up at the moment.

Small gift box die

I tried out a small gift box die on some cute christmas patterned paper.
The boxes where very easy to assemble. I used red line tape to be sure they would hold together.

Purple and gold winter scene

I saw a gorgeous design on Instagram where Seedless Preserves and Antique linen distress inks together with gold where used to create a winter scene. I had to try it out.
Panels are first stamped with different tree stamps that I had in my stash. The one on the left is done with small trees from Majestix. They are all heat embossed in gold. One side is done with second generation stamping so that it would give the effect of "trees mirrored in water/ice".

I then used distress inks to sponge the panels. I really had to work it to get the color as deep as possible.

The penquin is heat embossed in gold and then colored with distress inks.

I also used some chunky gold embossing powder to create the splatter effect.

Grumpy window kitty

This card design has been in my head for quite some time. I finally got it out on paper =) The kitty is from an MFT stamp set and the images just lend themselves very well to be presented front and back. The window die is from Lawn Fawn.

I die-cut two windows from white cardstock and cut out the whole in the card base free-hand and then glued the two windows in place. The backdrop is created with patterned paper from Lawn Fawn and the cute tree dies are from MFT.

Hallowee treat bags

Sunset halloween

The background is done with Distress re-inkers, hence the really intense tone of that sunset. Stamps are from Lawn Fawn Happy Howl-o-ween.

Witch way is the candy?

Wanted to try out the Daniel Smith dot chart that I got from Simon Says stamp recently. Turned out that it was a lot harder than I thought. In the end it turned out ok but I need lots more practise. My little daughter was at least happy to receive this card for Halloween though *big smile*
